Technical Support Representative Intern

As a Technical Support Representative Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our consultants, gaining invaluable experience in application monitoring, production scheduling, and technical administration. • Bachelor's degree in BSc or BCA.
• Consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and college.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve challenging technical problems.
• Ability to work in flexible shifts and contribute effectively in a team-based environment.

• Observe and assist in application monitoring processes, including incident and fault analysis.
• Gain hands-on exposure to production scheduling and monitoring activities.
• Provide support for non-code related application configuration tasks.
• Support the administration of applications related to essential business services.
• Collaborate with consultants to understand technical support workflows and best practices.
