Requirements: - Fluency in Malayalam (reading, writing, and speaking) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools - Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office - 0-2 years of experience in lead management, customer support, or education consulting Responsibilities: -Manage incoming leads and respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information and guidance on college admissions, courses, and scholarships - Build relationships with students, parents, - Maintain accurate records and reports of lead interactions
