Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about travel packages, offers, and services.
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable holiday or tour packages.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of travel plans.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
