Job Description
looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and converting leads into business opportunities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling / customer service / sales (Digital Marketing domain is a plus).
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office or CRM software is a plus.

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/leads provided.
- Explain digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, etc.).
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with clients and ensure consistent communication.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
