As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and handling inbound inquiries with professionalism and clarity. You’ll maintain accurate records in the CRM system, follow up on leads, and strive to convert prospects into successful sales or appointments. Your role involves meeting daily and monthly call targets, adapting to customer responses while following call scripts, and providing tailored solutions based on individual needs. Additionally, you’ll be expected to record customer feedback, escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments, and uphold a high standard of confidentiality and customer service throughout all interactions.
