Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller Executives to join our team. The role involves converting company-provided leads into admissions through effective communication and telecalling in IT & Non-IT sectors. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
- MBA (HR/Marketing) desirable.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and marketing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in Academy / Institution / Software Sales is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from company-provided leads.
- Convert leads into admissions by explaining programs/services effectively.
- Handle IT & Non-IT telecalling activities.
- Communicate with candidates in a professional and convincing manner.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain records of calls and candidate responses.
- Attend office meetings/training sessions as required.
