Position: Trainee Quantity Surveyor Job Location: Calicut, Kerala Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of technical training. Experience (in Years): 0 – 1 Year of Experience, Freshers can apply. Gender Female candidates are preferred Salary: INR 8000-12000 *Location: Calicut needed* *Duties & Responsibilities* * Run cost analysis of various types of work as a forerunner to tender preparation. * Select price and source of facade materials. * Site measurement confirmation. * Project job costing. * Follow up and timely reporting to higher authorities. * Cutting list preparation and coordination with workshop team. * Preparation of BOQ. * Attend meeting with contractor and main consultant for drawing details. * Monitor and control throughout the project. * Identify risk surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation * Coordination and execution
