Role Overview: We're seeking a UI Designer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in designing modern, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning, highly usable digital experiences for clients across industries. Key Responsibilities: Translate client requirements and user needs into engaging UI designs. Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design assets using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and digital strategists to ensure seamless execution of designs. Design responsive interfaces optimized for various devices and screen sizes. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and contribute to design system development. Conduct UI reviews and continuously improve designs based on feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and user-focused interface designs. Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar). Good understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with development teams. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and time-management abilities. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with design systems and component libraries. Understanding of UX research methods and user testing. Animation or interaction design using tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie. Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Framer.
