Job Description
Position Overview:
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and creative content across multiple platforms. This role involves writing and designing, content for social media, blogs, websites, academic materials, and marketing campaigns. The Content Creator will work closely with marketing, academics, and operations teams to ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s vision, attracts the target audience, and drives engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Development:
Write blogs, articles, website content, and social media campaigns.
Create engaging social media posts (text, images, videos, reels).
Develop scripts and concepts for video content.
Research industry trends and create informative content.
Social Media & Digital Presence:
Manage and schedule social media posts.
Engage with followers and respond to queries.
Analyse trends to create viral content.
Collaborate with influencers and brand partners.
Develop Content Strategies:
Plan and maintain structured content with optimized posting schedules.
Analyze competitor content strategies to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
Conduct a market research to create targeted and relevant content.
Collaborate with different departments to align content with business objectives and campaigns.
Continuously monitor content performance and refine strategies based on analytics.
Collaboration & Team Coordination:
Work with designers, videographers, and marketing teams.
Align content with sales and promotional campaigns.
Attend brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas.
Adapt content based on audience feedback and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and post-production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos and edit them for various platforms.
- Experience with color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field. Proven experience in videography, video editing, and post-production.
