Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (including attractive incentives)
Job Description: GoGeo Holidays is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tour Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their travel requirements, and converting leads into sales by offering our customized tour packages. This position offers an excellent opportunity to earn attractive incentives based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote GoGeo Holidays' tour packages.
Understand customer travel preferences and provide suitable package recommendations.
Prepare and present customized itineraries to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
Age between 20-30 years.
Preference will be given to candidates located in Kochi or Ernakulam.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to inform business strategies and improve service delivery.
- This role requires strong communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi, critical thinking abilities, and basic proficiency in MS Office applications. Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates aged between 20-30 years, preferably located in Kochi or Ernakulam, are encouraged to apply.
